Klamath County offers electronic document recording (eRecording).
Documents must be submitted through a third-party vendor. We do not accept documents sent to us by email.
With eRecording one no longer needs to submit records by mail, courier or in-person. Submit the instrument via secure connection to the Clerk’s office for review and acceptance into the permanent public record.
All documents must still meet Oregon recording standards.
Contact any of these vendors to learn more and get started.
