The main goal of the Commission on Children & Families is to bring together the people and organizations to develop policies and plans for utilizing our community's resources. We build systems that efficiently and effectively deliver the services and supports that our children and families need to thrive.

Senate Bill 555
A product of the Oregon State Legislature that requires the Commission on Children and Families to facilitate a process whereby local community work in partnership to provide comprehensive, coordinated services to children and families.

The Senate Bill 555 committee in Klamath County is comprised of local government, providers of services, educators, private citizens, nonprofit's, and youth. The committee has developed a local comprehensive plan that serves children and families.
