Predatory Sex Offender Notification

In accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 181.585 to 181.589, Klamath County is notifying the community that the persons listed below are residing within the borders of Klamath County, Oregon.

Only "predatory" sex offenders, currently on supervision, are listed.

If you have information related to misconduct or violations of Probation, Parole, or Post Prison Supervision for any person listed below, contact Klamath County Community Corrections or the Parole/Probation Officer listed under the individual offender's information.

NAME:  Matthews, Frank Wesley               

DOB:   10/09/1975

AGE:  35

LEGAL STATUS: Mr. Matthews is on supervision for Sodomy II.  The Parole Board has determined that Mr. Matthews is predatory.  His period of supervision is 10 years with the expiration date being: 10/16/2019.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS  Mr. Matthews is  prohibited from having contact with any persons under the age of 18. He is restricted from places where minors are likely to congregate (e.g. playgrounds, school grounds, arcades).  He is restricted from possession or viewing of pornography of any type. Additionally, he is to complete intensive sex offender treatment and be monitored with polygraph testing.  He is restricted from forming relationships with persons responsible for the care of minors.   He is prohibited from consuming alcohol and drugs.  Mr. Matthews is subject to curfew and geographical restrictions. 

TARGET VICTIMS :  Pre-pubescent  boys.  The crime of conviction occurred in a department store bathroom and Mr. Matthews was a stranger to the victim.
