The public may either walk in or phone ahead for an appointment (882-7291). Walk in hours are 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. Monday through Friday. If you are having a crisis and need to talk to someone during off-hours you can talk by phone with a mental health therapist 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call this number: 541-882-7291.

The Access Center is located at 725 Washburn Way at the West end of Phoenix Place and the Klamath Regional Rehabilitation Center. Conveniently located on Basin Transit routes, our Access Center is accessible for people with disabilities. We are open 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday thru Friday.
