Vital Records

Records of all births and deaths occurring in Klamath County are available at the Klamath County Department of Public Health Vital Records Reception Window. 

Records are available for the first 6 months after the birth or death.  After 6 months, certificates can be obtained from the Vital Records Office in Portland.

Hours of Operation

Orders for records can be placed:
Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Orders can be picked up:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
