Park Information
Henzel Park is located 25 miles northwest of Klamath Falls, on Highway 427 (Modoc Point Road). It's a five acre park, acquired in a land exchange with Dick Henzel. This day use park features amenities such as a boat launch, drinking water, paved parking lot, and modern rest rooms.
Henzel Park is a day use facility which allows adventurers to get up close and personal with Upper Klamath Lake and Agency Lake. In 1970, the parking area was paved and in 1971, curbing and trees were planted. Named in honor of Sam Henzel, this park was dedicated June 18, 1972.
